Technical Lead-Testing Services
- Architect, implement, and maintain a scalable, maintainable, and modular Selenium framework using Java, TestNG, and Maven.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, branching strategies, and reviews in Git.
- Translate scope into automation plans/estimates, define entry/exit criteria, prioritize scenarios, and deliver on schedule across sprints/releases.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines for nightly/on-commit runs, with quality gates and artifact retention.
- Own defect triage, root cause analysis, and stabilization to meet quality and schedule goals.
- Integrate reporting tools like Extent, logging, screenshots, retry/flakiness control, and parallel/cross-browser execution.
