About the role

The Back-End Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs. This role requires deep expertise in Python, Django, relational data modeling, caching strategies, and distributed systems. You will help architect back-end components, ensure data integrity, and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Python and Django

• Design and implement scalable REST APIs and microservice components

• Work with PostgreSQL for relational data modeling and query optimisation

• Implement caching layers using Redis

• Build secure user authentication and authorization systems

• Contribute to system architecture and performance optimizations

• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code

• Collaborate closely with front-end and infrastructure teams
