Monday Merch is revolutionizing branded merchandise, combining automation, AI, and smart platforms to streamline everything from design to delivery. As our Technical Lead, you will take full ownership of our technology, guiding a team of engineers while remaining actively involved in development. Your mission is to drive technical excellence, scalability, and innovation—ensuring our platform continues to redefine the merch industry.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Build – Set the technical direction while contributing hands-on to key projects across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
Turn Strategy into Execution – Translate long-term company goals into daily engineering tasks, ensuring the team moves efficiently towards our vision.
Mentor and Elevate the Team – Support and coach a team of seven engineers (including remote members), fostering best practices in clean code, architecture, and AI-supported development.
Optimize and Scale – Improve performance, security, and maintainability across our tech stack as we scale rapidly.
Innovate with AI and Automation – Leverage large language models (LLMs) and automation to enhance productivity and reduce manual coding efforts.
Own Key Products:
- Merch Platform (Vue) – Custom-built for seamless client engagement.
- Shop (Nuxt) – A highly dynamic e-commerce experience.
- ERP (Python/Odoo) – The engine that keeps our operations running.

Backend: Python (Odoo ERP)
Frontend: Vue.js & Nuxt 3
Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
AI & Automation: Large Language Models (LLMs) for code assistance
Workflow: GitHub + Linear
