We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Consultant with a strong foundation in Salesforce System Administration as part of the Operations team. The Technical Delivery Consultant is responsible for the technical design and configuration of capabilities on the Equifax Business Connect Platform to orchestrate operations processes. Business Connect is a Commercial Risk Management Solution that is deployed as a configurable Salesforce managed package. The Technical Delivery Consultant is responsible for working directly with Equifax Clients and internally on the implementation of business and technical requirements.
The Technical Delivery Consultant works cross-functionally and with multiple levels of the organization to ensure timely and quality delivery of end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will design and implement solutions, including hands-on configuration, leveraging industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders and identify opportunities to leverage the Business Connect platform to drive business value. The successful candidate will be experienced and motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and capabilities.
What you will do
Work directly with Equifax Clients to deliver Business Connect solutions.
Design and implement automated business processes and credit decisioning engines using Salesforce and the Equifax Business Connect platform for Equifax Clients.
Hands-on Configuration: Lead the technical setup of complex Salesforce components, including custom objects, decision management, data models, and advanced Flow-based automation.
Consult with external Clients to understand their business problems, propose Equifax products and services, document requirements, and design technology solutions.
Maintain an understanding of the Equifax Business Connect platform and technical components, including data model, integration between components and impacts of process and technical designs with upstream and downstream processes.
Perform comprehensive testing prior to engaging Client end users for testing.
Provide tier 2/3 support and support bug/defect resolution.
Stay current on Business Connect and Salesforce.com functionality, best practices, releases, product roadmaps and 3rd party applications available via the AppExchange.
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Major in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS, or Industrial Engineering
7+ years of experience in Salesforce.com administration with current, valid, verifiable Salesforce.com Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator
Expert experience in configuration of Salesforce.com platform, to include: Salesforce Flows to handle complex business logic without code (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled Flows), Fields, objects, page layouts, list views, formulas; Process builders, workflows, validation rules and approval processes; User administration to include users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, security rules, permission sets, hierarchies and territories; Dashboards and reports; and Alerts, notifications, email template.
Expert experience in Managed Packages, including installation, configuration, log extraction/analysis, and troubleshooting.
Expert experience implementing and enhancing the Salesforce product suite.
Experience troubleshooting or designing REST/SOAP API integrations and understanding JSON/XML data structures.
Experience with data management, including data models, data extraction, data loaders, data cleansing and duplication management.
Experience tracking deliverables using Jira.
Experience analyzing business requirements and translating into technical designs.
Experience using business management software to author and manage rules and decision flows.
