Technical Consultant Legal Tech
YOUR IMPACT
You will be at the heart of implementing our Axcelerate applications. Our e-discovery solutions combine AI-driven search and classification with intuitive, web-based interfaces - helping companies and public authorities manage complex legal workflows efficiently and securely.
Following a structured and thorough onboarding, you’ll quickly take on responsibility. With a curious, analytical mindset and a “detective’s instinct,” you’ll investigate operational and data-processing challenges, collaborate closely with colleagues, and design smart, customer-focused solutions. From rolling out new implementations to ensuring systems remain reliable and up to date, your work will directly contribute to customer success.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Close, collaborative, and trust-based teamwork with colleagues and customers
- Hands-on involvement in the implementation of proprietary LegalTech platforms
- A mix of technical consulting, troubleshooting, and customer-facing support
- Responsibility for analyzing, documenting, and resolving technical and functional issues
- Opportunities to create and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with complex IT systems, implementations, and/or IT support
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, or Perl (alternatively, experience with object-oriented languages like Java or C++); experience with XML and XSLT would be beneficial
- The ability to clearly communicate complex technical and functional concepts, both verbally and in writing
- A talent for quickly understanding customer business processes and technical environments
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the creativity to think beyond standard solutions
- Fluent language Skills in German and English, both written and spoken
