As a Business Analyst, you will oversee the entire process from requirements definition to a successful go-live. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and analyzing requirements, conducting thorough testing, and developing innovative solutions to ensure seamless project execution. Your comprehensive involvement in analysis, testing, and implementation will be crucial in achieving project goals on time and with lasting success.
What you will be doing?β―π
- Analyzing current data (using SQL) and processes and preparing optimizations / suggestions according to needs
- Writing specifications
- Executing test activities (writing, documenting, executing test cases; defect handling)
- Close cooperation with other teams to define standard functionalities and customizations
Which technology & skills are important for us? π
- High knowledge of SQL
- Extensive experience in data modelling, data- and process analysis
- Great ability to smoothly transfer business requirements into technical solutions (workflow, use cases, etc.)
- English C1 level β it is our business language
Nice to have:
- Experience in software development cycle
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic knowledge of Cloud (preferred GCP)
- Basic familiarity with concepts like Cloud, CI/CD, AI and ITIL
- Understanding of the needs in digital banking and banking knowledge (preferably risk area)

Description of the cluster:
The core task of GRM-RC is to manage the bank's global market and liquidity risks and to monitor the Group's regulatory and economic risk-bearing capacity. We thus ensure that Commerzbank will remain liquid in the future on its own. We also ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements and maintain close and trustful interaction with the regulators. Two of our divisions are embedded in the Commerzbank Delivery Organization and are thus part of the cluster structure (Key Area Risk Control). In agile teams, we are constantly developing our technical platform to continuously improve the basis of our daily work.
