Technical Authority Expert
- Monitor the production system for performance and stability.
- Address issues reported by L1/monitoring teams promptly.
- Coordinate with L3/vendor teams to resolve faults.
- Resolve day-to-day customer issues through trouble tickets.
- Collaborate with IT/network teams to address operational or functional issues.
- Analyze logs and proactively resolve issues, escalating them well in advance and suggesting alternative approaches.
- Deploy CRs on production environments and ensure smooth system performance.
- Follow ITIL processes and demonstrate expertise in Incident, Problem, and change management.
- Ensure SLA compliance for applications and trouble tickets.
- Continuously develop self in new solution areas and certifications.
- Provide effective 360-degree feedback on ailing elements in the current solution and coordinate with Design teams, L3/Vendor to fix them.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Liferay 3PP Stack.
- Proficiency with Apache Kafka, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Advanced Java.
- Experience with configuration and operations in Forgerock CIAM.
- Strong knowledge of managing application stacks hosted on Red Hat Openshift (Containerized stack).
- Log analysis skills using Splunk/ELK.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Excellent Oracle WebLogic Server administration and Oracle Web-Centre Sites experience.
- Hands-on experience with SSO, LDAP, J-boss, Tomcat, Apache, and IIS.
- Shell scripting skills.
- Strong learning and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as a team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment.
