Within our Industry Business Line, we support clients across oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure and industrial sectors, providing technical inspection, vendor surveillance and quality control services in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
We are currently looking for a Technical & Quality Manager to join our Industry Business Line in Romania!
The Technical & Quality Manager (TQM) plays a key leadership role in ensuring technical integrity, operational compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within the Industry Business Line.
This position acts as the country’s technical authority for inspection activities and as the official representative towards accreditation bodies and national authorities.

In this role, you will safeguard technical excellence, ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and support operational performance across inspection activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing inspection in the area of expertise
- Monitoring technical inspectors on field
- Ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Acting as main technical and quality representative towards accreditation bodies and authorities
- Leading internal audits and supporting external surveillance and certification audits
- Overseeing technical procedures, inspection methodologies and compliance with standards
- Ensuring competence and development of inspection personnel
- Providing technical guidance and support to operational teams
- Supporting the technical evaluation of tenders and client requests
- Collaborating with Operations and Business Development on project execution
- Managing technical issues, complaints and continuous improvement actions
- Reporting to senior management on technical performance and quality matters
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
- Solid experience in industrial inspection, quality management or technical leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and Quality Management Systems
- Experience interfacing with accreditation bodies and Romanian authorities
- In-depth understanding of industrial inspection processes and technical documentation
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
