Technical Account Manager / Solution Architect For Atlassian_Delhi/NCR
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in the Atlassian tool stack and related technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in presales, solution consulting, client engagement, and delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Atlassian Tool Expertise: Implement, configure, and optimize Atlassian products including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Rovo, Loom, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
- Plugin & Extension Management: Deploy and customize plugins such as Eazy BI, Scriptrunner, Tempo, and other marketplace apps to extend Atlassian functionality.
- Cloud Migration Leadership: Lead Datacenter-to-Cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Integration & Automation: Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
- Presales & Solution Consulting: Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for prospective clients. Translate business needs into Atlassian-based solutions, supporting sales teams in closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations by setting clear deliverables and timelines. Deliver outcomes ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, support, and delivery) to ensure project success. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional demeanor. Present complex technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Preferred candidate profile
- Expert on the Atlassian tool stack but not limited (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Rovo, Loom, bitbucket, bamboo ).
- Expert in plugins like but not limited to Eazy BI, Scriptrunner, Tempo, etc
- Expert in Datacenter to Cloud Migration.
- Expert in integration using REST APIs, webhooks etc
- Expert in doing the presales of the Atlassian Products.
- Expert in managing client expectations and delivering the required outcomes before time.
