Cenobe a member of the QUALCO group, is expanding their Commercial Team - looking for a driven and experienced Technical Account Manager to work together with the sales team and drive growth in the Cyber Security industry. If you have 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership and a solid understanding of Cyber Security / Technical solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Bridge sales and delivery: Act as the main link between clients, sales, product, and technical teams, ensuring smooth handovers after deals are closed.
Act as an accelerator: Work closely with the sales, product and development team to meet business targets.
Drive customer success: Support onboarding, run demos, manage follow-ups, and ensure clients get maximum value from services and products.
Manage client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, handle escalations & expectations, and address high-level technical and service needs.
Support growth: Help expand the markets by scaling client management, spotting upsell opportunities, and providing product feedback.
Strategic Impact: Complement the management in decision making by offering insights.
