  • \uD83D\uDD37 Power Automate Developer – Job Description We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable process automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end automation capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive digital transformation for business stakeholders. \uD83D\uDD37 Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation opportunities. • Design and implement low-code/no-code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop). • Develop, test, and deploy workflows integrating with: o SharePoint o Outlook o Microsoft Teams o Excel o Forms and other Microsoft 365 connectors • Build robust automation frameworks including: o Error handling mechanisms o Logging and monitoring o Retry and recovery strategies • Provide effort estimations, technical design documents, and solution architecture. • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. • Provide post-deployment support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. • Stay updated with Power Platform advancements, new connectors, and automation best practices. \uD83D\uDD37 Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop). • Strong experience in process automation and workflow orchestration within Microsoft 365. • Expertise in integrating: o SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms • Good understanding of automation lifecycle: o Requirement gathering o Solution design o Development o Testing & deployment • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in automation optimization and performance tuning. • Good communication skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders. \uD83D\uDD37 Good to Have • Experience with: o Power Apps o Power BI o VBA / Excel Macros • Familiarity with Automation Anywhere (RPA) or similar tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) for enterprise-grade process automation • Basic knowledge of APIs and connectors • Understanding of RPA concepts and enterprise automation strategies \uD83D\uDD37 Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
