Responsibilities
As our Tech Recruiter, you will build and scale the talent engine that powers Intelic's growth across Europe. You take ownership of our technical hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, and ensure we attract the engineers, product specialists, and technical leaders who will shape our future. Working closely with the leadership team, you help define our employer brand, refine our hiring strategies, and raise the bar for technical talent acquisition.
You will combine technical understanding with recruitment excellence, designing efficient hiring processes, leveraging modern sourcing tools, and creating exceptional candidate experiences. Your work enables us to build high-performing teams, supports our ambitious growth plans, and ensures that we bring in the right people at the right time.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles, with a focus on technical hiring (software engineers, DevOps Engineers, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial screening conversations and assess candidates' cultural fit
• Design and optimize our recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience
• Leverage recruitment tools, ATS system (Recruitee), and analytics to track metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Manage the contract with any (executive) recruitment contractor we might need
• Represent Intelic at tech events, universities, and online communities to build our presence in the tech talent market
• Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into our teams
