BTSE Group, a global leader in fintech and blockchain technology, is seeking a Tech Lead / Platform Architect to own the overall technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

8+ years production engineering; 3+ years as a technical lead or architect.
Experience building multi-tenant platforms with data isolation requirements.
Deep familiarity with distributed systems: Kafka, Kubernetes, microservices, real-time streaming.
Hands-on experience deploying and serving large language models in production.
Cloud-native architecture. Terraform mandatory.
Strong written communication — you can articulate technical decisions to engineers and business stakeholders alike.
