I'm Hayden Gutry, Vice President, Strategy at Teamworks. Our Strategy team works directly with senior leadership across go-to-market, product, and G&A, and the work is genuinely broad — M&A diligence, pricing and packaging, board reporting, revenue operations, annual planning. We're a small team with real ownership over consequential decisions, and I'm adding a Senior Strategy Manager who can run complex workstreams independently and raise the quality of everything we put in front of leadership.

The Role

• Own cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, becoming the internal expert on areas like pricing, revenue operations, or product strategy

• Drive GTM strategy, M&A diligence, and annual planning through rigorous analysis and clear, actionable recommendations

• Build business cases and market models to evaluate new opportunities, pricing strategies, and product expansion

• Distill complex data into executive-ready insights for board reporting and senior leadership

• Partner across products, markets, and functional teams, managing multiple workstreams with proactive communication on timelines and deliverables

What I'm Looking For

What You Must Bring

• 3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a comparable professional services role

• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and navigate tough conversations directly

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building market models and translating complex data into executive-ready recommendations

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh-Durham area — this role is on-site at our HQ in Durham

• A genuine passion for sports

• You have an MBA from a top-tier program

• You have experience in B2B SaaS, sports, or revenue operations
