To act as a Team Leader for the team of Service Engineers focusing on most demanding delivery Power Distribution / Power Quality projects and to execute the delivery projects sold by Finland sales and EMEA sales team. Executes the delivery projects according to our system sales process Schedules the site activities (such as commissioning, installations) Responsible for using the project team resources in an effective and cost efficient way Responsible for practical project management at site: such as project meetings, contractor meetings Ensures project profitability starting from opportunity review Manages our field service operations and sales to meet our growth and profitability targets and other business KPI's by developing our service tools, processes and offering Collaborates with Nordic service organization and EMEA PMO team Collaborates with country sales team and EMEA sales team to assure customer satisfaction Strong electrical background, suitable education BSc, electrical engineering Fluent language skills in Finnish and English Experience of executing delivery projects and field service & commissioning work Project Management Team Leadership
