Team Leader - OFR
Job Description:
§ Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
§ Ensure the team's daily work activities are executed efficiently, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
§ Monitor and track team performance, regularly reviewing KPIs and taking corrective actions as needed.
§ Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure seamless workflows and effective communication.
§ Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
§ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any challenges or concerns.
§ Handle escalated customer issues or complaints, resolving them effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
