Team Leader - Engineering
- Assists Engineers for all planning and ensures execution of preventive maintenance of all equipment.
- Ensures that guest requests and complaints are attended to, promptly and efficiently.
- Responsible for effective staff scheduling and job allocation.
- Ensures that employees in the department perform as per organizational standards.
- Responsible for maintenance of all equipment and work areas as per required standards.
- Ensures daily work requests from other departments are met promptly and professionally.
- Ensures compliance with safety rules, standards and procedures.
- Recommends changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service levels.
- Ensures proper maintenance of tools by departmental employees.
- Ensures timely receiving of materials and spares by regular follow up with material department.
- Maintains good relations and professionalism among all the subordinate staff & peers.
- Communicates shares & inspires all departmental employees, using various formal & informal channels.
- Maintains cordial relationship with other departments.
- Coordinates closely with all departments, to ensure upkeep of equipment, machinery & building.
- Is courteous to all customers.

Administration
- Complete and maintain full records of all activities on shift- Daily Log, Daily Roster, Overtime report, overnight checklists, incident reports and any other documents as required by the Chief Engineer.
