Team Leader, Critical Time Intervention (CTI)

Scismic is supporting the growth of a non-profit corporation that has been facilitating a wide range of support to people with mental illness for more than 45 years. They provide outreach and engagement, care coordination, peer support, supportive housing and rehabilitation to adults with serious mental illness, and promotes access to treatment, employment, and other supports and services according to an individualized plan that addresses a client’s strengths, needs, goals, and choices. Position Summary We are looking for a Team Leader to build an interdisciplinary team, lead with a startup mindset, and create new frameworks for their team to serve vulnerable New Yorkers.
