Shift: 5.30 to 2.30 & 6.30 to 3.30 IST (Day Light Saving)

Week Off: Sat & Sun

  • Pre-requisite for the Role:

  1. Banking Experience in Back Office operations (Commercial Loan servicing QC & Posting Transactions experience must) of Min 5 Years with 2 years in a Team Lead role.
  2. Domain knowledge of Servicing, Payment application, Research and review of Commercial loan Docs & Legal language simplification.

  • Must Have for the Role:

  1. Lifecycle of a commercial loans.
  2. Knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes including credit evaluation, KYC, and risk analysis.
  3. Proficiency in loan booking/boarding using commercial lending systems and interpreting legal/ attorney documentation.
  4. Expertise in loan servicing payment schedules, rate changes, amortization, and customer service functions.
  5. Experience with payment processing handling principal, interest, fees, payoffs, and reconciliations.
  6. Understanding of collateral management lien tracking, UCC filings, collateral monitoring.
  7. Familiarity with covenant monitoring tracking borrower compliance with financial and non-financial covenants.
  8. Familiarity with various loan products: term loans, revolving lines of credit, construction loans, SBA loans, etc.
  9. Acquaintance to regulatory and compliance requirements in US commercial lending (e.g., OCC, FDIC, SOX).
  10. Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in syndicated loans.

  • Exposure to AFS and other standard Commercial Lending applications preferred
  • Good exposure to Windows OS, MS office tools, Presentation (PPT) & various reports
  • Regular interaction with client, Client management Skills. Prior Experience in customer interfacing role will be preferred
  • Ability to handle team of 15 associates
  • Ability to handle complex Process and should be able to multitask Should be familiar with Leave Management, Productivity, Utilization, cross Training Etc
  • Should be good in analytical and logical reasoning


  • Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  1. Motivate and help all Team Members to achieve daily production targets Ensure accuracy, touch time and other applicable service levels of the transactional processing are met
  2. Maintain all daily Deliverable reports like Production, quality, Productivity, Utilization and report to management.
  3. Client Management: Drive daily, weekly and monthly calls and maintain / share Reports with customers. Communicate with clients through Email, Phone, and Messenger on a regular basis for any process related issue / concern and gain customer confidence.
  4. Encourage teamwork, Ideas and innovation in the Team.
  5. Proactively report any deviation in the process and work on solutions Able to interact with various departments to ensure smooth running of operations and escalate any issue observed.
  6. Conduct regular team huddle, Team Meeting, Training and Quality session.
  7. Work and maintain Incentive report, Monthly team performance review, and Monthly team presentation.
  8. Share quality feedback with TM and work on Root cause analysis (RCA) or other quality tools.
  9. Drive Fun activity, R&R and team building activity, manage attrition.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and add value to the process.
  11. Should adhere to Coforge and white room policy
