TEAM LEADER
MISSION
Accomplish the established production and quality goals for the assembly line assigned.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Check attendance of operators.
- Train new operators.
- Assign operators based on their versatility.
- Attend pre-shift meeting and verify the conditions of the line from the previous shift.
- Ensure set-up approval of the line and respond to any problems with it.
- Collect and communicate to operators the daily production schedule.
- Ensure operators comply with safety policies.
- Work as operator if required due to absenteeism.
- Monitor production results every hour, resolving or reporting any issues detected.
- Ensure appropriate administration and use of materials.
- Train and coach operators, perform layered flash audits, update skills matrix (versatility matrix).
- Fill out production reports.
- Ensure proper status of the workplace and the end of the shift.
- Ensure production targets are met in quality and quantity.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
