📋 Description Develop and deliver training for Sales Representatives. Manage and optimize team schedules for activation events. Oversee setup and dismantle of activation booths, branded. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide feedback. Provide hands-on support at activation events, leading by example. Track key sales metrics and report on team performance. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in a sales role with targets. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in sales. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Able to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
