Tax - Analyst

You will advise clients on the direct tax aspects of transactions, working on a variety of exciting and international assignments, including:

• Carve-out and acquisition structuring

• Due diligence

• Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.)

• Tax modelling

Our clients include Belgian and international Private Equity players, as well as large corporate accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact in the financial landscape through your work.
