Leidos and the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW) are seeking a Targeting Analyst/Instructor to join the team at Offutt AFB. This is a high‑impact opportunity to apply your targeting expertise in direct support of Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR enterprise, specifically the 20th Intelligence Squadron. In this role, you will contribute to the Air Force Point Positioning Program (AFP4), Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) Training and Certification Program, and other advanced targeting training pipelines that shape the next generation of Air Force intelligence professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the ACC Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC) and other unit‑directed training activities under the guidance of the Senior Intelligence Officer, Lead IIQC Instructor, or A2 staff.
- Modify AFP4 training and competency assessment materials for release to allied partners, including development of releasable, country‑specific datasets.
- Conduct and complete Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT) for U.S. and allied personnel.
- Provide instruction, curriculum development, course maintenance, and related training support across targeting programs.
- Integrate systems and tools training throughout all curriculum delivery.
- Produce targeting and geospatial products in support of AFP4 requirements, including Precise Point Mensuration (PPM) training and competency assessments.
- Acquire source data and create tailored targeting and geospatial products in accordance with customer standards and mission needs.
- Administer PPM competency assessments in alignment with AFP4 standards and certification requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
- Must have a current Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while producing high‑quality, mission‑critical outputs.
- Experience conducting in‑depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge‑management issues across organizational and Intelligence Community boundaries.
- Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies, with awareness of emerging tradecraft developments in academia or related fields.
- Ability to define comprehensive, innovative research approaches that support rigorous assessments and contribute to high‑level analytic tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior USAF experience or familiarity with military command‑and‑control structures.
- Working knowledge of the organizational interfaces among military, federal, state, and local agencies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting program requirements and operate effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
