Talent Partner - Enablement
About 9fin
9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion.
Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets.
Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption.
We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide.
The role
9fin is growing fast and so is our ambition.
Following our recent $170m Series C, we’re entering an exciting new phase of global expansion. Talent is at the heart of that journey, and we’re looking for a Talent Partner to help us build the teams that will power what comes next.
This is a high-impact role within our Talent team, focused on hiring for our Enablement functions - including Finance, Operations, Legal, People and Data Ops - across London, Belfast and New York, while supporting broader hiring as we scale.
You’ll own hiring end-to-end, but this role goes beyond delivery. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor - shaping hiring strategies, challenging assumptions, and ensuring we’re bringing in exceptional people who raise the bar across the business.
If you’re excited by the idea of building high-performing teams in a fast-moving, global environment - and want to play a meaningful role in how we scale - we’d love to hear from you.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong delivery with curiosity, judgment, and a genuine interest in how great hiring works.
You might be a strong fit if you:
Bring experience hiring across business or corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing)
Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
Build trust quickly and can influence stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders
Take ownership of outcomes and care deeply about delivering high-quality hiring results
Enjoy the challenge of finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent, using creative and proactive approaches
Use data, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform decisions and improve how you work
Are organised, thoughtful, and bring a high level of attention to detail
Are comfortable working autonomously while staying collaborative and aligned with the wider team
Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience hiring internationally (e.g. Europe and US)
Experience hiring across a range of seniority levels
Experience using Ashby
What You’ll Work On
Every day is different, but your focus will be on delivering great hiring outcomes and continuously improving how we hire as a business. You’ll:
Lead end-to-end hiring across Enablement functions (Finance, Ops, People, Legal, Data Ops), from role scoping through to offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business goals into clear, effective hiring plans
Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines, balancing immediate needs with longer-term hiring goals
Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates, particularly in competitive or niche markets
Run structured, high-quality assessment processes and provide clear, insight-driven recommendations
Help improve how we hire by contributing to better processes, tools, and ways of working
Use data from Ashby to track performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities to improve
Leverage modern tools and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Champion an inclusive, thoughtful candidate experience at every stage
