Talent Development Manager, Europe & Mena

BeOne is looking for a Talent Development Manager to assist with talent development activities in Europe and Mena, including managing Inbox, DISC & 360 assessment compilation, and supervising LMS, Cognota and Degreed platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Talent development/L&D function
• Strong presentation skills
• Detailed knowledge of adult learning and behavior theories, methodologies, best practices, and trends
• Experience with creating content for the LMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and high attention to quality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proficient at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
