Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $55,000–$68,000 annually, based on experience
- Work Schedule Perk: Full-time, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In-office days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Easton, MD corporate office, with additional in-office days as needed. A company laptop is provided for work performed outside the office.

What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from first conversation to first day—while delivering exceptional candidate experience and supporting hiring teams across the business.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring needs, and timelines
- Source, engage, and screen candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies while building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Own the candidate experience as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and drive the recruiting process from intake through onboarding to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Deliver objective candidate evaluations and partner with leadership on offer development, extension, and negotiation
- Support a seamless onboarding experience by managing pre-employment steps and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities, with occasional travel as needed
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, and handle all candidate and employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Must reside within a one-hour driving radius of the Easton, Maryland corporate office
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume, people-facing environments (e.g., hospitality, retail, restaurant management, sales, or similar roles)
- Ability and willingness to travel to other branches and recruiting events as needed, including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to support after-hours communication when needed
