Talent Acquisition Specialist with German and English
The basics of the role are to conceptualize, plan, and execute activities that will attract a high volume of candidates qualified for various programs and positions.
- Formulate and implement Recruiting/Sourcing strategies
- Work through all sourcing channels to find active and passive candidates
- Participate in Recruiting Fairs and Events
- Support all activities related to recruitment and selection in order to achieve the department’s goals
- Pre-select possible candidates that fit in each program’s profile
- Assess candidates according to the programs’ needs
- Report on your progress on a weekly basis
- Possession of German on C1 level - required
- English minimum level B2 as per European language frame
- Previous experience on customer-facing/recruitment/sales roles
- Excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; excellent browsing skills)
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and precision
- Loyalty and ability to work in a team
