This role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in securing a pool of talented individuals. Will partner with Recruiters to identify and engage candidates for open positions and talent pools.  The Talent Sourcer is a specialist in developing creative search strategies to attract the most qualified candidates for the role and is the one who promotes the best candidate experience.
