What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end campus hiring for Global Business Functions (GBF) in India. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience, ensuring strong pipeline creation, effective candidate assessment, and timely hiring outcomes. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, balancing hiring demand with market insights, while also focusing on enhancing candidate experience, strengthening campus engagement, and ensuring consistent execution of hiring processes at scale.
Key responsibilities include:

 

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage full lifecycle recruitment for GAP roles across GS & GSB
Drive sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer processes
Ensure timely closure of roles in line with hiring plans and SLAs

 

Campus Outreach & Engagement

Drive campus outreach strategy across target universities and institutes
Build and manage long-term relationships with campus stakeholders (placement cells, faculty, student bodies)
Lead and coordinate Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), info sessions, and engagement events
Partner with Employer Branding teams to position BCG effectively on campuses
Track campus performance and continuously refine outreach strategy

 

Stakeholder Management


Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and hiring insights
Guide stakeholders through interview and selection processes

 

Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey across all stages
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Support post-offer engagement and onboarding readiness in collaboration with HR

 

Program & Process Management
Execute structured hiring processes (HireVue, ATS workflows, interviews)
Monitor pipeline health and proactively address bottlenecks
Drive continuous improvements in hiring processes and candidate engagement

 

Data & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics (pipeline, conversion, timelines)
Maintain accurate data in ATS and trackers
Provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and campus strategy

 

Diverse Hiring Exposure
In addition to campus hiring, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope into lateral hiring during off-campus cycles, supporting broader talent needs across GBF functions
Partner with stakeholders to identify and attract experienced talent, contributing to year-round hiring continuity



What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, or Early Talent
Experience in campus outreach and university engagement preferred
Experience managing high-volume or program-based hiring
Familiarity with ATS platforms and assessment tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
