Talent Acquisition Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for various roles, with a strong emphasis on IT positions (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, etc.).
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Drive successful hiring outcomes by effectively managing the stakeholder experience, ensuring clear communication and alignment between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
- Technical Assessments: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and administer technical assessments and coding challenges to evaluate candidate skills.
- Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong experience in IT hiring, including sourcing, screening, and assessing technical talent.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
