Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand the Client Requirements and Stakeholder management.
- Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external job boards
- Sourcing the Quality and Suitable candidates from the target companies with the help of Resources Provided
- Finding disruptive ways of searching for Passive candidates
- Interview Coordination
- Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment targets are achieved
Qualification:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Human Resources or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
