Talent Acquisition Specialist
HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care. Founded in 2008, HHAeXchange was born out of an idea to create a fully comprehensive end-to-end homecare solution to help people who are aging or have disabilities thrive in their homes and communities. Our employees are passionate about transforming the healthcare space by building the only homecare ecosystem that fully connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and states.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition function by owning recruiting execution for defined, repeatable individual contributor roles while also providing flexible recruiting and operational support across high-priority hiring initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners, this role supports the full recruiting lifecycle and flexes based on business demand, ensuring roles are filled efficiently, candidates have a strong experience, and hiring teams are well supported.
This role is well-suited for a recruiting professional with foundational full-cycle recruiting experience who is ready to take on greater ownership and contribute meaningfully to the broader People & Culture function.
Seeking candidates located in the Washington, DC Metro area. This role is currently remote, with the expectation that it may transition to a hybrid schedule requiring approximately two days per week in a DC-area office once established.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
