Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and results oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring across India and the broader APAC region. This role focuses on end to end recruitment for Tech, Corporate, and Go to Market (GTM) functions, ensuring high quality talent pipelines and an excellent candidate experience.
You will work closely with regional leadership, hiring managers, and global TA colleagues to understand hiring needs, shape effective recruiting strategies, and ensure strong alignment across markets.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for tech, corporate, and GTM roles across India and APAC
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and business priorities
Source high quality candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market specific strategies
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent, inclusive candidate experience
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and regional trends
Support cross regional alignment with the global TA team and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices across all pipelines
Track and report on recruitment KPIs to continuously improve processes
Assist with onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth start for new joiners
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, ideally with exposure to both tech and non tech roles
Proven experience hiring in the India market; experience recruiting across APAC regions is a plus
Solid understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software development, engineering, IT) combined with familiarity in hiring corporate or commercial roles (e.g., marketing, sales, operations)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strategic thinking combined with hands on execution; ability to tailor sourcing strategies to different role types and markets
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
