Talent Acquisition Manager

Advise Hiring Managers: Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices, effective evaluation techniques, and process-related questions.
Manage Candidate Experience: Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the process, ensuring communication is timely and personalized.
Negotiation & Offer Management: Independently lead offer negotiations, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
