You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who’s ready to step into broader operational leadership. You’ve likely had exposure to leading or mentoring others and are comfortable being the person who brings clarity, structure and momentum when things get busy.
You’re confident managing across locations and understand what it takes to build trust and alignment with a geographically dispersed team. Travel doesn’t faze you, you see it as part of leading well and staying connected.
You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and pace matters. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you assess, decide and act. You’re pragmatic, commercially aware and able to balance stakeholder expectations with operational realities.
Most importantly, you take ownership. You’re resilient, calm under pressure and motivated by making tangible improvements; not just keeping things ticking over.
This role plays a critical part in supporting workforce continuity while strengthening our recruitment capability as we scale. You will have real influence over process, performance and team capability, with the autonomy to drive meaningful improvements.
If you’re ready to lead across borders, make tangible impact and contribute to a growth-focused organisation, we’d welcome your application.
