Talent Acquisition Consultant

Spain, Barcelona May 10, 2026 Full Time Workday

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR team of 14, composed of Payroll Specialists, HR Generalists, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, contributing to the growth of the company by attracting, assessing and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, using your recruitment expertise and business understanding to deliver high-quality hiring decisions.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (from intake meeting to offer stage), ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies.

  • Lead and support Brand Positioning initiatives in Spain, including representing the company at sponsored tech meetups and job fairs, building partnerships with universities, and strengthening our employer brand presence.

  • Draft compelling job descriptions aligned with business objectives and employer branding.

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing channels, direct search, networking, social media, referrals, and recruitment tools.

  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing both technical competencies and cultural fit.

  • Provide structured feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when needed and manage vendor relationships.

  • Support and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding improvement, or recruitment process optimization.

  • Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members or new joiners.

Who are you?

To be successful as a Talent Acquisition, we have the following profile in mind:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional European languages are considered a strong asset.

  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.

  • Experience handling multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, well-organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing options using technical experience, judgment, and precedent.

  • Comfortable working with moderate guidance while maintaining ownership and accountability for results.
