π Job Overview The Pipeline Builder is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging potential candidates to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and long-term relationship building with qualified talent across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring positions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and interest level. Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles. Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline status updates. Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent. Stay up to date on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
π― Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition. Proven ability to independently build and manage talent pipelines. Advanced conversational English (B2+/C1). Strong research, candidate sourcing, and passive outreach skills. Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
