What you will be doing:


This position is a 1 year contractual role on 3rd party payroll (Manpower Group)

  • Understanding the job requirements and source candidates through various job portals.
  • Create a pipeline of candidates for similar positions in order to have a pool of relevant candidates.
  • End to end recruitment.
  • Support in bulk hiring for Non-IT/ IT roles as required.
  • Support in recruitment drive initiatives.
  • Continuous engagement with the selected candidate until candidate joins.
  • Maintain a database of candidates sourced on a day to day basis.
  • Interview coordination and reporting.
  • Adapt new strategies to close positions as soon as possible through reference, job portals etc.
  • Any other administrative tasks with regards to Talent Acquisition.

What do you bring with you:


Required Experience 2 to 5 years in recruitment.


Skills required

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Language: Fluent and Proficient in English (Read, Write, Speak)
