We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Application Monitoring, Asset Management & NDR Specialist

Role Summary

The Application Monitoring, Asset Management & Network Detection and Response (NDR) Specialist supports the stability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT environment. This role focuses on monitoring critical applications, maintaining accurate IT asset inventories, and identifying network-based threats to ensure smooth and secure business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and ensure timely incident detection and resolution.

• Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory covering hardware, software, and licenses.

• Operate and tune NDR tools to detect unusual or suspicious network activity.

• Appliance upgrade & configuration.

• Assist security and IT teams with investigations, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with IT asset management platforms.

• Basic understanding of networking and security concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Extrahop.

• Management of secret management tools such as Hashi Vault.
