Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

  • Monitor and manage full system-level requirements for the overall electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture and ensure requirements are met.
  • Oversee the development, documentation, and refinement of vehicle architecture for software defined vehicles, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Create tradeoff studies for various decisions in the vehicle architecture and drive alignment with internal and external teams.
  • Define the network and power architecture based on stakeholder and customer needs, convert them into system requirements, and devise operational objectives for the system.
  • Develop scalable and adaptable architecture that can be implemented across multiple vehicle variants.
  • Architect architecture system requirements and subsystem requirements and be responsible for defining system bounds, capabilities and functional features.
  • Provide clear goals for project and develop steps to oversee their execution.
  • Lead the integration of the E/E architecture onto bucks and mules, ensuring that key architectural assumptions are validated through rigorous testing and physical experimentation.
  • Monitor and manage validation and verification of requirements at the system and subsystem level

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with an autonomous vehicles company
  • At least 2 years of experience with L4 systems

The salary range for this position is $113,800 - $587,500 per year USD annually.
