Position Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Moorestown NJ
Security Clearance: Active clearance preferred or ability to obtain

Overview
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, and testing of complex hardware and software systems. This role will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to define system requirements, support system architecture, and ensure successful integration of mission-critical technologies.

The ideal candidate has experience working on technical systems involving hardware and software components, preferably within defense, aerospace, or other high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of system requirements and technical specifications

• Assist with system architecture, design reviews, and engineering documentation

• Coordinate integration and testing of hardware and software components

• Perform system-level analysis, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation

• Work closely with software, hardware, and electrical engineering teams

• Support verification and validation activities throughout the system lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

• 2+ years of experience supporting complex engineering or technical systems

• Understanding of system development lifecycle and engineering processes

• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Experience

• Experience with defense, aerospace, or other government programs

• Familiarity with systems modeling or simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink, or similar)

• Experience with system integration, testing, or verification activities

• Knowledge of requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar platforms
