Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum seven (7) years of electrical sales/marketing and/or engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution Position Criteria: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Technical knowledge regarding the application of power distribution products including medium and low voltage switchgear, panelboards and switchboards, protective relaying and busway Experience in working with products and applications such as three-phase UPS systems, power distribution units, static transfer switches, remote power panels, power monitoring products (including metering and software), and power control products Strategic understanding of the U.S. power distribution and data center market Ability to interface with electrical consultant principals and lead electrical engineers, as well as facility engineers at data centers Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization, including consultant or end user organizations Presentation and training skills - Initiative and self-management skills Proven capability to find creative solutions to solve complex technical application problems Ability to travel up to 25% (closer to 35%) The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $143,250 - $210,100. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
