Systems and Software Administration Specialist

As a Systems and Software Administration Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping systems running smoothly, software access seamless, and users supported across the organization.You’ll be at the center of operations—partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to manage software licensing, streamline access, and resolve issues before they impact the business. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into technical challenges, improving processes, and making a tangible impact every day ResponsibilitiesDrive System & Tool ExcellenceOwn and maintain the enterprise tool catalog, ensuring it is accurate, user-friendly, and reliable.Manage system updates, enhancements, and access requests with a focus on efficiency and quality.Act as a go-to problem solver for catalog-related issues, leading troubleshooting efforts and coordinating resolutions.Lead Software License ManagementOversee licensing for proprietary and OEM software, ensuring users have the access they need—when they need it.Track usage and compliance, proactively identifying gaps and optimizing license allocation.Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage provisioning, renewals, and upgrades seamlesslyBuild Strong Supplier & Stakeholder PartnershipsServe as a key point of contact for suppliers, fostering productive and responsive working relationships.Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.Take ownership of escalations, driving issues to resolution with clarity and urgency.Enhance Access & User ExperienceManage user roles and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access across systems.Support users with timely, effective solutions to access and system challenges.Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and elevate the user experience. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 5 years of account services experienceORMaster's degree and at least 4 years of account services experienceORAt least 8 years of account services experience Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
