Systems Analyst

Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations, is looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify system issues and propose enhancements.

• Analyze process gaps and system inefficiencies.

• Take ownership of business requirements and support tickets.

• Resolve issues via ticketing systems and/or direct communication with users.

• Provide stakeholders with timely feedback on requirements, solutions, and project status.

• Document requirements, processes, and technical knowledge in guides and knowledge base articles.

• Prepare reports on system performance, process metrics, and ticket resolution trends.

• Ensure accurate recording, tracking, and closure of all requirements, improvements, and tickets.

• Adhere to SLAs based on priority and business impact.
