Job Description

At Rockwell Automation, the System Integrator Program Manager is responsible for building, governing, and scaling a high‑performing system integrator ecosystem that enables the successful delivery of automation, digital, software, and platform‑based solutions across our customer base.

This role ensures system integrator partners are technically capable, commercially aligned, and consistently delivering safe, secure, and high‑quality customer outcomes, supporting Rockwell Automation’s strategy to accelerate solution‑led growth and lifecycle value.

Your Responsibilities:

SI Strategy & Program Ownership

  • Define and execute the System Integrator partner strategy aligned to:

    • Rockwell Automation’s solution portfolio and platform roadmap

    • Priority industries, verticals, and customer segments

    • Regional and global delivery models

  • Design and manage the SI program framework, including:

    • Tiering, accreditation, certification, and specialisation models

    • Engagement rules, governance standards, and escalation paths

  • Own SI onboarding, enablement, lifecycle management, and performance governance.

Solution Delivery Enablement

  • Enable SI partners to deliver:

    • Industrial automation and control solutions

    • Software, analytics, and digital platforms

    • Secure OT/IT convergence and connected enterprise architectures

  • Support complex customer engagements through:

    • Deal shaping and delivery model alignment

    • Scope definition, risk management, and Statement of Work reviews

  • Act as the escalation point for delivery quality, safety, cybersecurity, and customer impact issues.

Commercial & Growth Alignment

  • Align SI partners with:

    • Rockwell Automation’s strategic solution plays and architectures

    • Recurring revenue, services, and lifecycle business models

  • Support joint pipeline development and execution with Sales and Account teams.

  • Lead joint business planning with strategic and preferred SI partners.

Governance, Performance & Risk

  • Define and track SI KPIs, including:

    • Delivery quality and project success

    • Customer satisfaction and lifecycle outcomes

    • Compliance with Rockwell Automation technical, safety, and cybersecurity standards

  • Partner QBRs, performance reviews, and capability gap assessments.

  • Drive continuous improvement across SI delivery capability and consistency.

Internal Alignment

  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Services, Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

  • Ensure internal clarity on SI roles, engagement models, and value contribution.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5–8+ years in channel/partner management, market access, or program management (Automation &/or Digital Software Sales).

  • Industry Vertical Knowledge for DataCentre & New Energy.

  • Demonstrated experience in quota carrying roles & indirect sales.

  • Proficiency CRM such as SaleForce, MS Dynamics

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive‑ready storytelling skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives and deliver on deadlines.
