System Engineer
o The system engineer is to drive CPS technology platform strategy, lead UPS projects design and development, set up clear system concept and technical guideline in project, control and manage the progress of technical development to make sure the product delivery, and continually focus on innovation idea development on new technology and new structure in the power electronical industry and process improvement, and make sure product design quality are under controlled, and to assist in resolving technical issues related to product marketing and delivery, and enhance the market competitiveness of the product. o 系统工程师需要践行CPS 技术平台策略，负责带领UPS项目进行设计和开发，构建输出产品系统架构与技术方案，把控技术开发进度及全过程技术开发管理，保障产品交付。同时不断关注本领域的新技术、新架构的创新理念, 持续优化开发流程，确保产品设计质量。对外协助解决产品营销和产品交付方面的技术问题，提升产品的市场竞争力。 o Lead and manage UPS project development design and development. o Provide new product platform with GPL development strategy. o Provide technical solution definition and investigation support. o Study new technology and implement into project to improve productivity. o Leads debug activity and technical issue analysis & resolve in project. o Lead DFSS development in project and deploy DFL culture. o Establish technical guideline in project and make sure product design quality are under controlled. o Continually focus on innovation idea development on new technology and new structure in the power electronical industry and process improvement. o Provide Platform support including provide new feature from marketing and platform quality and reliability evolution/improvement, and Field/application issue resolve. o Drive Platform strategy and understand platform road map. o Other tasks assigned based on the organization‘s needs and changes. o Bachelor and above. Major in power electronics, automatic control, mechanical engineering or related. o Be good at MRS/Technical spec/cost analysis/Prolaunch tools/DEFMA. o More than 5 years experience in electrical design and system engineering role in power electronic systems (e.g. UPS, PCS, Energy storage, PV inverter, VFD, etc.) o Familiar with marketing requirement and product spec management. o Familiar with power conversion and control technology. o Familiar with Industrialization and cost model management. o Good Cross function communication and English communication. o Capable of adapting to company needs, not picky about assigned tasks, willing to take on various jobs, and able to switch between different tasks to ensure the achievement of team goals.
