Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals, manage budgets and resources, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations that needs you to be focusing on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), budget adherence, production throughput, inventory turnover, cost per unit.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and ethical standards, embedding ABB’s core values and integrity across all teams and processes by monitoring lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR), safety audit scores, environmental compliance rate, integrity incident reports.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure organizational effectiveness through skill development and engagement
• through employee engagement score, training hours per employee, turnover rate, competence assessment results.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration, support Sales with operational insights, and ensure customer satisfaction through optimized manufacturing performance and value chain alignment, by focusing on the On-time delivery rate, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), order fulfillment cycle time, internal stakeholder alignment score.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is preferred). Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and deep product knowledge in medium and low   voltage switchgear.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations switchgear manufacturing factories, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing complex production environments and driving operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, foster collaboration across functions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in organizational design, talent development, and performance management.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Ability to align operations with business goals, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver value across the supply chain.
• Strong experience in medium voltage switchgear business with deep understanding of the business value chain, he should have knowledge about main value proposition of ABB switchgears, and he demonstrated his knowledge about how to grow with ABB switchgear business.
