Sustainability Expert Advisor (Jr or Sr)

SuReal is a fast-growing international consultancy with offices in Brussels and Milan, advising private and public organizations on sustainable buildings and cities. We focus on quantifiable sustainability solutions, cutting through greenwashing to drive real impact.

What you will do

• Conduct technical, building-related sustainability studies, including

  o   Simulations of energy demands, thermal comfort, daylight and waterflows

  o   Carbon footprint assessments and material optimization analyses

  o   Energy feasibility studies for low-carbon and passive design solutions

• Prepare evidence reports for certification schemes like BREEAM, WELL, DGNB and GRO

• Translate these study results into clear, data-backed advice to support project managers and clients on a wide array of challenging projects

• Specialize in a specific topic and grow into the internal go-to expert
