Surgical Services Nurse Manager

 
    Reports to Surgical Services Director
    Has two peer Managers (Outpatient Surgery Manager and Surgery Center Manager)
  
    Eligible for annual at-risk bonus of up to 6% of base annual salary (dependent on Balanced Scorecard achievements)
    Relocation assistance negotiable
    Surgical Services will open a new, state-of-the-art OR in late June of this year
    Twelve (12) OR's which includes 2 CVOR suites and 1 hybrid suite
    OR utilizes integrated video systems
    Average number of cases per year: inpatient - 3,000, outpatient - 3,500
    Will over see ~ 65 employees (Surgery and PACU)

  Minimum of a BSN required
    Minimum 2 years of current or very recent hospital-based surgical services experience required
    Must also have at least 2 years of prior leadership experience (charge nurse duties will not meet this requirement)
