Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly experienced BC/BE Surgical Podiatrist to join our established and growing Podiatry program in Temple and Killeen, Texas. Position Overview
We are seeking a clinically accomplished, strategically minded podiatric surgeon with more than 7 years of clinical experience who has a proven track record of excellence in quality, safety and patient outcomes, and leadership and collaboration. We're looking for someone who can operate at a high level across clinical, academic, administrative, and operational domains. Key Attributes and Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven surgical and clinical care with a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
Serve as a clinical leader and supportive mentor to the division, contributing to program development, education, and advancement of trainees and colleagues
Demonstrate a strong understanding of academic medicine, medical education, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Act as a strategic partner and collaborator with physicians, administrators, and staff to achieve program growth, operational efficiency, and team performance
Lead or contribute to quality initiatives, program expansion, and service line development
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to build and sustain high-functioning teams and collaboration
Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine
Candidates should have a history of leadership roles, whether formal or informal, and a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, improve processes, and elevate team performance. The ability to independently evaluate and manage complex cases while collaborating effectively across specialties is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in Podiatry
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
Board Certification (or active pursuit) through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons
Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience and commitment to excellence in patient care and outcomes
